Quantum Devices
We are developing devices such as atomic layer quantum dot integrated devices and atomic layer superconducting integrated devices that utilize the quantum effects of nano-scale spaces, which are the greatest characteristic of nano materials.
High-transparency solar cells
Among nano-materials, atomic-layer materials with atomic-level thinness exhibit a unique function called “transparency,” allowing them to transmit visible light almost freely. Leveraging this transparent atomic sheet, we are working on the development of high-transparency solar cells that can harmonize with human living environments.
